We are looking, on behalf of our client, for an experienced System Analyst to join the Ecommerce team. The role focuses on delivering IT projects in the digital commerce area, with strong involvement in SAP Hybris solutions, microservices, and system integration.

This is a B2B contract, with a hybrid work schedule (3 days on-site at the client’s office in Bucharest – Plaza Romania, Sector 6; 2 days remote).


🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the implementation of projects requiring IT components (applications, modules, information systems).
  • Analyze business stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical specifications (CRDs – Change Request Documents).
  • Write technical and functional documentation.
  • Communicate and support technical requirements with internal teams (RO) and external partners (EN), based on a standardized submission process.
  • Validate technical solutions proposed by partners through FSDs (Functional Specification Documents) to ensure optimal integration of applications, infrastructure, data, and business processes.
  • Provide support during the full project lifecycle, including post-implementation (technical test scenarios, business UAT, UAT sign-off).
  • Support the Change Management process (communication, organizational transformation, go-live, hyper care).
  • Provide Level 2 support for applications and systems under responsibility.
  • Collaborate with Level 1 support teams, contributing to the optimization of repetitive processes.
  • Identify and propose ways to optimize processes and technical solutions, working with external partners and IT teams across the Ahold Delhaize group.

🧩 Requirements

  • Mandatory: Technical experience in the Ecommerce domain.
  • Hands-on involvement in the analysis, design, and implementation of SAP Hybris solutions.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and REST APIs.
  • Proven experience in writing CRDs, FSDs, and technical documentation.
  • Strong communication skills for working with both local and international teams.
  • Language skills: Romanian and English (spoken and written, mandatory).

  • Location: Hybrid (3 days on-site at client office – Plaza Romania, Sector 6; 2 days remote)
  • Schedule: Full-time
  • Daily rate: 1000-1200 lei
