About the client

Our client is a leading regional engineering partner, providing innovative and tailored solutions for water treatment and industrial fluid processes, serving clients across Romania and Central & Eastern Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively develop and manage the client portfolio in the assigned region (potable and/or wastewater solutions)
  • Drive business development and direct sales activities
  • Identify customer needs and propose suitable technical and commercial solutions
  • Prepare technical and commercial offers, including system sizing, equipment selection and spare parts
  • Participate in client meetings, demonstrations, pilot tests and technical presentations
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (technical, service, commercial support)
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets and implementing the company’s growth strategy

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales and/or technical-commercial roles
  • Ability to understand technical processes and applications
  • Strong communication, negotiation and proposal-preparation skills
  • English – intermediate level
  • Good PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Valid driving license (category B) and willingness to travel
  • Results-driven, customer-oriented, proactive mindset
  • Technical education or relevant industry experience is considered an advantage
