We are looking on behalf of our client – a US-based software company with offices also in Bucharest – for a Software Engineer (Front End) to join their growing development team.
This is a remote role, aligned with the US working schedule (14:00 – 22:00, Romania time).

We are searching for professionals who are not only skilled, but also passionate about front-end development, eager to design and deliver modern digital products that have a real impact.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain modern web applications and front-end features.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across the US and Europe to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Partner with back-end teams to align technical needs and deliver seamless user experiences.
• Take ownership of production issues by identifying, triaging, escalating, and resolving them.
• Provide support and mentorship to colleagues through code reviews and collaborative problem-solving.
• Contribute to an agile, cloud-based CI/CD pipeline, ensuring rapid, reliable delivery of features.

🧩 Requirements

• Relevant experience in developing web applications using JavaScript, React, TypeScript.
• Solid knowledge of front-end architecture, software design principles, and client-server APIs.
• Experience with Git or other distributed version control tools.
• Proficiency with Linux and open-source tools.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized environments; exposure to Kubernetes is a plus.
• Experience with CSS, PHP, and design tools (e.g., Photoshop).
• Good knowledge of UI/UX design and working with databases (SQL & NoSQL).
• Strong troubleshooting skills for performance and production issues.
• Ability to adapt and deliver in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills in both technical and non-technical contexts.
• Fluency in Romanian and English (mandatory).
