We are recruiting on behalf of our client a BI Data Analyst to join their team in Bucharest, on a B2B contract. The role is hybrid, requiring 3 days/week from the office.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into BI features.

• Analyze existing business and data process flows, designing solutions that align with architecture standards and business expectations.
• Define feature acceptance criteria and contribute to testing strategy and planning.
• Document technical implementation steps and support ETL developers during development and validation.
• Ensure BI solutions meet both business requirements and organizational data standards.
• Proactively contribute with ideas, stay curious, and continuously learn new tools and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related technical field.
• Solid understanding of banking products and processes.
• Knowledge of Data Management.
• Strong knowledge of Data Warehousing architecture (structures, integration, reporting).
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL (Oracle Database SQL Certified Associate or equivalent practical experience – min. 3 years).
• Good knowledge of PL/SQL, with hands-on experience in analysis and debugging (procedures, packages, triggers, functions).
• Knowledge of BI/IT solution implementation steps.
• Familiarity with Scrum methodology and Agile environments (a plus).
• Strong communication skills, self-organization, adaptability, and teamwork.
