We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with solid experience in banking and financial regulatory reporting environments, capable of coordinating complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, entities, and interconnected systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The role requires both strong project delivery capabilities and a good understanding of regulatory reporting processes and financial data flows within banking environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Main Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Coordinate end-to-end delivery of complex projects, from business case definition through implementation and stabilization phases<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Ensure project objectives are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, quality standards, and budget<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements related to regulatory reporting and financial reporting processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Prepare and maintain key project governance documentation, including project plans, status reports, cost tracking, and steering materials<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Manage project risks, dependencies, constraints, and mitigation actions<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Coordinate internal teams, contributors, and cross-functional stakeholders across multiple entities or departments<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Support business analysis activities for new regulatory reporting requirements or reporting changes<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Contribute to the definition and validation of testing scenarios and test cases<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Monitor post-go-live activities and support stabilization efforts<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Follow up on regulatory reporting production activities and remediation actions where needed<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Identify opportunities for data quality improvements and process optimization<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Provide clear project reporting to operational teams and senior management<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process simplification efforts<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Coordinate project planning sessions and monitor execution progress<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Oversee project-related documentation throughout the delivery lifecycle<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Contribute to tender or proposal-related activities when required<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Prepare executive-level reporting and project review documentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Lead large and diverse project teams in dynamic environments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Requirements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    • Minimum 8\u201310 years of experience in Project Management<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • At least 3 years of experience within banking, financial services, consultancy, or financial shared services environments<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Mandatory hands-on involvement in regulatory reporting projects<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Strong exposure to areas such as:\n

      • Basel III<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • FINREP<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • COREP<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • AnaCredit<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • IFRS reporting<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Credit risk reporting<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Loan and guarantees reporting\/administration<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Controlling and financial reporting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Strong project management and risk management capabilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Previous exposure to IT environments, including understanding of system architectures and interdependencies<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Advanced English communication skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Advanced Excel knowledge<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Ability to work effectively under deadlines and within regulated environments<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Strong collaboration, ownership, and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
