The role combines strategic thinking with a practical, hands-on approach, in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on people-related matters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support managers in employee relations, performance, development, and engagement topics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Partner with management to align HR initiatives with business priorities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support talent development initiatives and employee growth plans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify training and development needs and contribute to learning initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive employee engagement initiatives and support the development of a positive organizational culture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate internal communication initiatives and support the communication of company updates, policies, and organizational changes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organize employee events, workshops, engagement activities, and culture-building initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage HR administration activities, including employment contracts, addendums, job descriptions, certificates, onboarding, and offboarding documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure compliance with Romanian labor legislation and internal HR policies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with external payroll providers by preparing and validating employee-related documentation and information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor and analyze HR KPIs, including turnover, retention, absenteeism, recruitment, and engagement metrics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare HR reports and provide insights to support management decision-making.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support recruitment activities for key positions when required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum <strong>5\u20136 years of experience<\/strong> in an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or similar HR role.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solid experience in employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, and HR administration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good knowledge of Romanian labor legislation and HR best practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working closely with managers and internal stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working with HR metrics, reporting, and people-related data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Personal profile<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>People-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Business-minded, practical, and hands-on.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Highly organized and detail-oriented.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comfortable balancing operational HR responsibilities with broader people and culture initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interested in employee experience, organizational culture, and continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"template":"","company":[],"class_list":["post-1511","jobs","type-jobs","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.talentspotter.ro\/ro\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/jobs\/1511","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.talentspotter.ro\/ro\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/jobs"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.talentspotter.ro\/ro\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/jobs"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.talentspotter.ro\/ro\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=1511"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"company","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.talentspotter.ro\/ro\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/company?post=1511"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
