The client is looking for a long-term internal delivery partner, with the objective of gradually transferring product knowledge, ownership and responsibility to diconium. Over time, the team may assume full responsibility for the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The solution operates in a strategically important data environment, covering data integration, ETL, data quality, APIs, OpenSearch and Master Data Management-related processes. It is closely connected to dealer and customer data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AI-supported delivery is also part of the project direction, including the use of Copilot and other AI-assisted engineering practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Team Setup<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will be part of a four-person product team consisting of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Product Owner based in Germany<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data Engineer with a focus on ETL and Talend<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Java Developer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>QA Engineer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The engineering setup follows a <strong>T-shaped model<\/strong>, with team members contributing across the product while maintaining a clear primary area of expertise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your Role<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As the Data Engineer in the team, you will take primary responsibility for the data engineering and ETL area of the solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your work will involve:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Working with ETL and data integration processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Developing and maintaining Talend-based data flows<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supporting data quality processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working with APIs and OpenSearch-related components<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contributing to Master Data Management-related processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supporting the processing and integration of dealer and customer data<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborating closely with the Product Owner, Java Developer and QA Engineer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contributing to the gradual transfer of product knowledge and technical responsibility to the internal delivery team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participating in AI-supported software delivery practices, including the use of Copilot<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strong experience in data engineering<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Practical experience with ETL processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working with Talend<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understanding of data integration and data quality topics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience or familiarity with APIs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience or familiarity with OpenSearch<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understanding of Master Data Management-related processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work in a small, cross-functional product team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>T-shaped engineering mindset, combining strong data engineering expertise with the ability to contribute to broader product topics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willingness to take increasing ownership and responsibility as the product is gradually transferred to the team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"template":"","company":[],"class_list":["post-1521","jobs","type-jobs","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.talentspotter.ro\/ro\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/jobs\/1521","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.talentspotter.ro\/ro\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/jobs"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.talentspotter.ro\/ro\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/jobs"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.talentspotter.ro\/ro\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=1521"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"company","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.talentspotter.ro\/ro\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/company?post=1521"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
