We are looking for a Mobile Developer to join an established product development team and contribute to the continuous evolution of an existing mobile platform. You will be involved in improving current functionalities, developing new capabilities, and helping deliver a stable, scalable, and user-friendly mobile experience.

You’ll collaborate closely with architects, product stakeholders, UX/UI specialists, and QA teams in a modern Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile application functionalities for Android and iOS using .NET MAUI
• Integrate mobile components with backend services and REST APIs
• Work with SQL-based data models and support efficient data interactions
• Participate in technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions
• Identify and resolve issues related to application performance, APIs, UI behavior, and runtime stability
• Work closely with UX/UI and QA teams to deliver high-quality user experiences
• Apply best practices around security, code quality, and maintainability
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvements

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET technologies
• Experience with .NET MAUI, Xamarin.Forms, or similar mobile frameworks
• Good understanding of mobile application lifecycle and platform-specific considerations
• Experience integrating REST APIs and web services
• Understanding of SQL databases and relational data models
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD tools and processes
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Ability to investigate and troubleshoot issues across multiple application layers

Nice to Have

• Experience with MVVM patterns and dependency injection
• Exposure to Azure ecosystem services
• Experience with push notifications and offline synchronization
• Knowledge of OAuth2/OpenID Connect
• Previous experience with enterprise or HR-related applications
