We are currently looking for an experienced QA Chapter Lead to join a product-focused environment where quality is considered a key driver of successful delivery.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead and strengthen the Quality Engineering practice across teams
• Define, improve, and promote consistent QA standards and methodologies
• Support and mentor QA Engineers through coaching and regular feedback
• Encourage automation-first approaches and modern QA practices
• Monitor quality indicators and continuously improve delivery outcomes
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Contribute directly within a delivery team as an active QA practitioner
• Support hiring, onboarding, and development initiatives

Your profile:

• Strong background in Quality Assurance / Quality Engineering
• Previous experience in a QA leadership role
• Experience working within Agile and CI/CD delivery environments
• Strong understanding of modern testing approaches
• Hands-on experience with Playwright
• Experience with Azure DevOps
• Familiarity with non-functional testing areas (performance, security, reliability)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Romanian and English language proficiency
